Mid-winter Yoga with Wendy Douglas
Join Wendy Douglas for a nourishing midwinter morning series of yin-yang yoga beside the fire.
We’ll begin with a slow, flowing practice with intuitive movement to gently warm the body and awaken energy for the day ahead. This series is an invitation to honour the yin season, a time to turn inward, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
After class, you can stay cosy by the fire with a delicious spicy chai, lovingly prepared by Wilhemeena and the SOUL Kitchen, or if you’re feeling brave, embrace a refreshing midwinter dip and return to warm up afterwards.
This is yin-yang therapy, so you can choose exactly what you need on the day.
For an extra layer of restoration, you also have the option to book a far-infrared sauna session (single or double) after yoga.
Includes:
1 hour of yoga
30 minutes to swim and enjoy chai
Optional far-infrared sauna upgrade
