We go beyond words into the actual felt-sense of faith. How do we access love during difficult times? What happens when we reach the “point of failure” in our lives? Why is our spiritual growth shaped more by the places we “close” than the places we “open?” Why is an embodiment practice important when we are going through challenge? Wilhemeena invites us to dive into the belly of these questions and into a embodied exploration of who we really are. We will explore gentle embodiment practices, meditation, soft sounding, guided dharma talks, and reflection. A deep and nourishing time together.
