EARTH ELEMENT
Elemental Chi Kung is a progressive approach to chi kung that incorporates classic styles and philosophies with modern bodymind and energy concepts. The approach explores body and chi awareness as a way to deepen into our internal chi flow through movement, stillness, meditation and breath. A creative space is sought to allow our essential nature to express itself and bring about transformations. The approach emphasizes the five elements as the foundation of chi kung.

The 2-day Basic Psoas workshop, open to every body, offers a great way to learn through experience how your intelligent Psoas informs you about skeletal integrity, joint rotation, muscular tension, breathing, emotional expression, and organ functioning. A healthy Psoas facilitates healing, movement, and fitness while reducing over all stress and is a vital step toward resolving injury and trauma.
A workshop open to EVERY-BODY interested in birthing, women, and happy outcomes. Teaching women the importance of their Psoas through every phase offers them a self-help tool that can easily be integrated into their prenatal exercise and relaxation routines.Psoas release work enhances every aspect of a woman’s pregnancy, the birth process, and the postpartum. This workshop educates not only women but also the midwives, doulas, birth-keepers and partners who tend them.
Using the ancient practices of vision and nature questing, plant medicine, somatic imaging, meditation, gentle movement, imagery, ritual and personal as well as group processes, we create the vision we want to live into the future, setting us up for the year ahead with heart alignment and the tools and action steps to craft the future we want to live.
