This 5 day immersion will give you a glimpse into this very powerful way of being and will give you an insight into the full teachers training starting in June.

This Intro module is the pre-requiste to the full training OR can stand alone as a beautiful immersion into divine presence and healing practice for you own personal journey.

SOUL + SOMA is an intimate journey of integration and alignment with source through daily practice, cultivation of presence, somatic yoga, embodied movement and mindful touch. This is a therapeutic yoga teacher training and healer training with a unique combination of somatic and shamanic principles, techniques and practices to move you into a sacred life as a human and as a healer of the world.

SOUL MASTERY GROUP

This is a dedicated group of women - coming together for a full twelve moon cycle - committed to their growth, to unfolding their path with grace and love and to supporting each other on the journey.

All participants have completed the 8 weeks of Vision Sessions or one of Willa’s Vision Quest weekend’s and are well on their way to creating the life they dream of. This monthly group brings ongoing support, nourishment and encouragement on the path - as well as a wealth of tools and goodies - including discounts to workshops throughout the year and unlimited online classes on the SOUL classes portal for the whole year - EPIC!!

Unlimited access to yoga, qi gong, meditation, plus a host of other beautiful classes and adventures on the portal.

12 sessions, 12 months of awesome, a full year of growth, connection and support.

We will laugh, cry, BE, practice and make intentions for the month ahead.

The practical learning will be based on common Sound Healing instruments, with a particular focus on Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks and on your own voice.
