Management Apprentice 2024/2025:
The Management Apprentice is a vital role in supporting the SOUL Director and the SOUL TRIBE. The Management Apprentice is specifically responsible for many areas of management of the SOUL studio/portal and satellite events, including weekly classes, workshops, events, funding and customer journey as well as managing other interns/volunteers. The role includes representing SOUL and its values in and around the community.
The main tasks are: administration, environments, social media strategy and implementation, web development and design, customer relationships, client management, hire and event management, making cool shit happen, creating events, loving up the universe.
This is a volunteer position in exchange for trainings, workshops, classes, trainings and a whole bunch of other awesome SOUL stuff. TBA.
The position is for a one year cycle - during this time you will work and play alongside Wilhemeena - the SOUL Director.
It would particularly suit someone who loves to create structure and get things done. Ability to jam together and then take that jam session into working on your own is key, as is working in a small team. Creativity is paramount. Curve ball thinking awesome. Love for creating adventure, heart and soul in the universe is where we are rolling.
