Spend a morning with us at the beautiful Pumala, diving into ELEMENTAL ALCHEMY qi gong, tuning to a sizzling combo of water and fire elements, nourishing, connecting and attuning and just a little steamy. With delicious chai from Jimmy at Aroha ma.

And then if you please jump into a beautiful hot wood fired sauna and deep spring plunge session.
