Constellations for The Day Out Of Time :

Sylvia Rands is offering an afternoon of Sacred Pause to honour The Day Out Of Time - Saturday July 25th..  

This is an opportunity to be introduced to Family Constellation work for those new to it - to share a gentle afternoon of insightful process and discovery.

This day is what the Mayans call In their calendar the 365th day which does not belong to any month, week, or moon phase. The Day Out Of Time invites us to take time for stillness reflection and gathering to clear out old energies and set spiritual intentions for the New Year which starts on July 26. To simply celebrate being alive.

Family Constellations – what is it ?

There is great love and great pain in every family. SYSTEMIC FAMILY CONSTELLATION work is a therapeutic approach to issues long held in a genetic line which , unknowingly and often surprisingly, re-emerge in our lives and our children’s lives as illness, breakdown in relationships and personal issues .

Constellation Work is a path for restoring love and compassion for our self and our family, ensuring that generational pain and suffering need not be carried by our children and grandchildren .

Bert Hellinger , the founder of Family Constellation work suggests that love can flow more freely in a family when the Orders of Love are respected : Belonging, Order, Balance.

BELONGING : Everybody has a place in the family, no matter what ! When anyone is excluded there is a breakdown of balance . When balance breaks down disease arises. Miscarriage , abortion, stillbirth, adoption, the crazy uncle – all have a place in the family soul/system.

ORDER: It is natural that parents give and children receive . When a child is asked to carry too much the order is upset.  This is evident in families where there is addiction or violence. The burden is too great for the child and must be returned to the parent, restoring balance.

BALANCE : When giving and receiving are balanced between child and parent, husband and wife, the flow of love is restored . There is a constant need of balance , opposites need each other to move forward ( the reconciliation of victim and perpetrator, the union of man and woman ) .  Family Constellations looks at the hidden dynamics in the family system to see what is really happening .

Facilitator : Sylvia Rands offers a unique blend of self-realisation through sound and voice. Sylvia has worked as voice teacher, sound healer, spiritual counsellor, actor, director, and celebrant in New Zealand and Australia for over 30 years ; in tertiary arts training, alternative health communities and in private practice . Sylvia studied with vocal Masters in USA & Europe, Healing with Sound with the Lichtenberg Institute, Germany and recently has trained in Family Constellation Therapy. She is an intuitive channel offering her unique healing modality Stellar Healing, 1:1 sessions , Voice workshops, Constellation, Channelling sessions and Soul Readings in Warkworth and online.
