RAGLAN - CEREMONY AND SAUNA

HELLO RAGLAN, it’s not often Wilhemeena hits the road, but we are super excited to offer CEREMONY + SAUNA at the beautiful venue Pumala. Just 25mins out of Raglan central this incredible venue has the most gorgeous studio, with a sauna and cold spring plunge. And evening of sauna (cold plunge if you dare - or stay warm and toasty!) and ceremony, with cacao by the wonderous Irma at Mamamuti Cacao.

We start at 6pm with sauna - stay in as long as you like with a cold spring plunge steps away.

7pm - Come inside for tea and nestling into our ceremony circle. Led by Wilhemeena Monroe from SOUL CENTRE, we drop into sacred space with cacao ceremony, and a deep yin inspired blend by Irma from Mamamuti cacao. We will dive into the depths of ceremony,

Leave feeling inspired, refreshed, cleansed, nourished, connected and loved up.
