Spend an afternoon doing slow gentle restorative yoga, breathing, journaling, beachwalking and returning back home to yourself. Lovingly led by Wilhemeena - includes delicious snacking delights this afternoon will be nourishing and uplifting to all parts of your being. Leave feeling nourished, refreshed and ready for Sunday. This is a place for you to BE, without needing to explain, or even say anything. You will be nurtured, wrapped up and loved, as you are.

This afternoon is open to all humans no matter what your circumstance. If finances are a barrier please consider our scholarship option. Also if you know of anyone who needs this afternoon, please send it on. If you would like to pay it forward for someone to join this afternoon, you can.
