This workshop is designed for 5 participants to each of whom will have the spacious opportunity of healing their early imprints. The form of this workshop is specifically designed for the healing of early material, from pre-conception, conception, gestation, birth and early bonding.

This workshop is for you if you know you've experienced birth trauma and/or have unresolved early attachment experiences. Individuals, mothers, fathers and families preparing for pregnancy, and/or pregnant mammas who wish to prepare for their birth are welcome!

Sarah is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and birth doula.
