Deep diving Somatic Journey to reconnect with your whole self and to be fully present with yourself.

Bioenergetic release work and expressionary dance.

Playful Interaction with Contact Improvisation and setting Boundaries

Breathing, Meditating and integration work.

An awesome potluck to share Food and experiences and to celebrate the day together!

Just bring any plant based food that you would like to share with some amazing people!
