Join us for an hour of FREE Qi Gong to celebrate the Summer Solstice!

The Summer Solstice, a celestial celebration of light and warmth, marks the peak of summer's radiant energy. As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, we are urged to revel in vitality and joy.

This powerful day symbolises the flourishing of life, igniting our passions and inspiring us to connect deeply with ourselves, each other, and the vibrant world around us.

It’s a time to honour abundance, express gratitude, and harness the sun’s fiery energy to illuminate our goals, dreams, and the limitless potential that lies within us, guiding us toward a season of growth and transformation.

We will be gathering at 9:45am opposite the Wintergardens in the domain to start practice at 10am.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket if you would like something to lay on during our integration at the end
