POP UP SUMMER QI GONG - FREE THE QI # 2

Join us for an hour of FREE Qi Gong at Tawhranui beach under the pohutakawas.

THIS IS A FREE EVENT - but feel free to bring some koha/donation, this will go towards a FREE scholarship for someone to join the training in 2025.


We will be gathering at 9:45am to start practice at 10am

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket if you would like something to lay on during our integration at the end
