Wellness Wednesday at Lopdell Precinct

As a way to welcome you back to life - we have created Wellness Wednesday in association with the Lopdell Precinct in our original home of Titirangi, we are so delighted to be in the hood once again, and bring you our favourite classes. We can’t say how excited we are to see you!!

(byo sunscreen, mat and hat and blanket for the evening class)

Classes are a maximum of 24 people per class - so please come early to ensure your spot.

 Come for one class or stay for the day!!!

Koha for the adults classes and FREE for the kiddies!!

 TIMETABLE:

9.30am - 10.30am  - Strength and Surrender - power up your day with standing poses, warrior style, sitting poses and a deep relaxing shavasana - step into your day with power and presence. Koha entry.

 

11.30 - 12.30pm  - Qi Gong - Elemental Alchemy's own style of qi gong that will leave you blissed, replenished and chilled out. Koha entry.

 

3.15pm - 3.45pm - SOMA-kids - SOUL CENTRE’s own blend of children's yoga and creative movement (5-12yrs)  - FREE (only ten places available)

 

4-5pm - Youth Yoga -  (13 - 15 yrs) FREE 

 

6-7pm -   SOUL + Soma - Gentle Yoga for easeful, uplifting opening and calming the nervous system. Koha entry. (Bring a blanket)
