Join Wendy Douglas for a nourishing midwinter morning series of yin-yang yoga beside the fire.
We’ll begin with a slow, flowing practice with intuitive movement to gently warm the body and awaken energy for the day ahead. This series is an invitation to honour the yin season, a time to turn inward, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
After class, you can stay cosy by the fire with a delicious spicy chai, lovingly prepared by Wilhemeena and the SOUL Kitchen, or if you’re feeling brave, embrace a refreshing midwinter dip and return to warm up afterwards.
This is yin-yang therapy, so you can choose exactly what you need on the day.
For an extra layer of restoration, you also have the option to book a far-infrared sauna session (single or double) after yoga.

As a yoga teacher, Wendy combines mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation to lead her students on a path of self-discovery and holistic well-being. She is also a certified life coach (in the Being Way Method), helping clients break through barriers, clarify their goals, and live more authentically.
Her vibrant career as a DJ, television and radio host has refined her ability to connect with diverse audiences. Wendy’s infectious energy and joyful nature bring a unique spark to everything she does, whether she’s on stage, on air, or guiding a wellness session.
