Our last retreat of 2026 will be an island paradise - this time a little closer to home....the beautiful Parohe is our home for two days of alignment, clarity and calling forth our highest timelines....this is one for the ladies - a calling for the devoted, the ones leveling up, the ones ready for next level thinking and living. 10am - The super powers of the Divine Feminine - REST/BALANCE/SUPPORT/COMPASSION. Dropping the stories and integrating our nervous system using qi gong and somatic practices to soften and open our vessels with compassion and grace. Dropping into the support of Mama earth. Tuning into the guidance and support of Mother Mary.
12.30pm - Lushious Lunch + REST
2.30pm - Opening our voice and our service - allowing ourselves to be seen and heard in our truth. We uncover beliefs that may be blocking our ability to fully show up in the world, for ourselves, our families, our communities, our world and allowing our own intrinsic essence to shine through. Tuning into the Sensuality, creativity, service and mastery of Mary Magdelene.
4.30pm - Healing session times or INTEGRATION TIME , sauna, pool dipping, forest bathing, napping,
7pm - Delish Dinner

10am Unlocking your POWER - Opening to your internal power with qi gong and experiencing your external power using staff/sword forms and gong fu - Tuning into the super power feminine master Kwan Yin. Ending with deep integrating somatic practices.
12.30pm - Lushious Lunch
2pm Session 3 - How to BE the Divine Feminine - How to Live your DF essence in the world. Steps to your own DF empowerment. Living your truth. Self-mastery. Journaling, integrating your highest expression of you. Feeling your YES!
3-4pm - Pack up…and final goodbyes to favourite trees and alpacas
4-5pm Closing ceremony and gathering to the boat
5.30pm Sunset boat ride back to the mainland….pure bliss…

Wilhemeena Isabella Monroe
For the last 25 years Wilhemeena has been empowering others to step into sacredness, self-trust and self-love. She has held space as the founder and priestess of the SOUL CENTRE for over 20 years and has created foundational programmes for healing, wellness, empowerment and creativity.
Including founding the Elemental Alchemy - Qi Gong and Energy Medicine Training Academy and the SOUL + SOMA practitioner training. She has been working in wellness and the healing arts for over two decades, her clinical practice includes Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, massage, movement therapy, energy (qi gong) healing, shamanic healing, plant medicine and spiritual mentorship. She has worked with a multitude of clients and brings her wide knowledge of the sacred healing arts and somatic movement arts to her practice.
She holds retreats and workshops worldwide and currently resides in Matakana, Auckland, New Zealand where she runs the SOUL CLINIC. She is a poet and dancer and her first poetry book - Dancing with Angels is in it’s second release. For more info see www.mswilla.com

Holly is a plant-based caterer – a lover of cooking, gardening and sewing, her creations are rooted in sustainability, connection and earth-based practices.
She weaves together wholesome, vibrant, and nourishing plant-based kai for retreats and wellness events, crafted with care and intention.
Guided by the seasons and inspired by the garden, Holly works with organic, locally sourced, homegrown or wild foraged produce to create meals that honour the land and celebrate its abundance – food that not only sustains, but connects and uplifts.
