From 11:00am onwards - Arrive at Parohe Island Retreat to orientate (tune in to water taxi times - Or come by Ferry - or even my water plane!!) Kawau Cruises 2.30pm is perfect to get you here at the right time!)
3:30pm - Landing, Gathering, arrival, orientation
5pm - Cacao ceremony, settling in, creating intention…
7pm - Divine Delicious Dinner (oh la la!)
Saturday:
7.30-8.30am - Yoga on the forest platform (optional but recommended!)
8.30am - Bountiful Breakfast
10am - Opening our voice and allowing ourselves to be seen and heard in our truth. These are things that are not a given in the current female paradigm. We play with beliefs that may be blocking our ability to fully show up in the world, for ourselves, our families, our communities, our world and allowing our own intrinsic essence to shine through.
12pm - Lushious Lunch
1.30pm - Healing session times or INTEGRATION TIME
5.30pm - How to life the Divine Feminine - unlocking the blocks to divinity - group healing
7pm - Delish Dinner
8pm - 9pm fireside chats and dance jam to some FABULOUS tunes!!

8.30am - BOOTILICIOUS Breakfast
10am Unlocking your POWER - Opening to your internal power with qi gong and experiencing your external power using martial forms - this is a KICK ASS Session with Rebekah Elizabeth - Elemental Alchemy qi gong teacher and black belt in karate. This is for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
12pm - Lushious Lunch
1.30pm Session 3 - REST, BALANCE and the super powers of the feminine - How to Live your DF essence in the world. Steps to DF empowerment. Living your truth. Healing your nervous system.
3-4pm - pack up…and final goodbyes to favourite trees
4-5pm closing ceremony
Sunset boat ride back to the mainland….pure bliss…
There are also options to stay an extra night if you would like…. leaving Monday morn.

Our Beach Cabins have outdoor showers, kitchen and BBQ area, and a private beach.

Wilhemeena Isabella Monroe
For the last 25 years Wilhemeena has been empowering others to step into sacredness, self-trust and self-love. She has held space as the founder and priestess of the SOUL CENTRE for over 18 years and has created foundational programmes for healing, wellness, empowerment and creativity.
Including founding the Elemental Alchemy - Qi Gong and Energy Medicine Training Academy and the SOUL + SOMA practitioner training. She has been working in wellness and the healing arts for over two decades, her clinical practice includes Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, massage, movement therapy, energy (qi gong) healing, shamanic healing, plant medicine and spiritual mentorship. She has worked with a multitude of clients and brings her wide knowledge of the sacred healing arts and somatic movement arts to her practice.
She holds retreats and workshops worldwide and currently resides in Matakana, Auckland, New Zealand where she runs the SOUL CLINIC. She is a poet and dancer and her first poetry book - Dancing with Angels is in it’s second release. For more info see www.mswilla.com

Rebekah Elizabeth
Rebekah is a qi gong enthusiast, reiki master, breathwork facilitator, Kyokushin karate black belt and creative. With a calling to be in service to those around her, Rebekah has dived head first into numerous passions; theatre making, art, working as an
Audio Describer for the Blind and Low Vision community, vocal coaching, personal training and teaching karate.
Beginning a journey of falling in love with her body and her life; Rebekah started practicing meditation, energy work and somatic practices to deepen that connection and love. This led to her desire to share her gifts that she discovered. She studied the Japanese healing art of reiki, and joined SOUL as an intern in February 2023. She is now beginning to teach on the Elemental Alchemy immersive weekends, as well as teaching weekly classes in SOUL’s Qi Gong Unlimited Membership.
Rebekah’s in-depth study and devotional practice of vibrational medicine has shown her that everyone has the power within them to heal themselves, to come home to their bodies and the earth, to create a strength that stretches across body, mind and spirit.
