We provide a safe space to explore and play, to Move and Include, to mindfully integrate experiences of our body-mind, and feelings, to express our Souls longings as we connect with Self, others and Spirit through movement. Rich soundscape and gentle guidance are offered by Open Floor teachers in training: Ingrid Rose and Kerry-Ann.

Contribution: NZD 10 - 20,-

Note - change of venue: Some of you may be aware that during the break the venue for our classes, the Titirangi War Memorial Hall, had to deal with a fire on the roof. The council advised that the current time-frame for the hall to be ready for use, is after 31 October. Until then, we have re-located our Dance classes to the beautiful
SOUL Centre of the Body and Mind, on 18 Huia Road in Titirangi, https://www. soulcentre.studio/
just a few minutes from the Hall.

We are happy to be offering Dance classes from this beautiful space, and look forward to dancing with you there.
There is plenty of parking outside the building as well as a few spaces at the beginning of the driveway.
