May’s Masterclass was so awesome - we have decided to run it again!
Over the month of JUNE, I am going to give you the tools that I use with my clients everyday. Tools that have helped people out of PTSD, nervous system meltdowns, anxiety, depression and general "overload" syndrome!!
These Master classes are a slow, steady way to build back your nervous system sovereignty, with tools you can use everyday. An easeful way to drop back into your body, clear the clutter in your mind and get ready for a deep and restful sleep. Ending with a deep somatic meditation each week.
