Pear, Cucumber and Ginger Juice - what to do with your cucumber part one:
This refreshing little zinger is both light and sweet, and can be served over ice for an afternoon pick me up. Ginger is a natural detoxifier and immune booster and helps to soothe tummies, its great for all doshas and has an uplifiting and grounding effect.
INGREDIENTS
2 pears
1 cucumber
1 small handful of Italian parsley
1 thumb sized piece of fresh ginger
METHOD
Pass all these bad boys through a cold-pressed juicer and pour into a glass (over ice if you dare!) Enjoy immediately!! Makes one glass.
