Our 2025 batch of Olive Leaf tincture is made from Olive Leaves from an organic plantation in the hills of Whangateau. Made with pure grain alcohol - you just need a few drops a day to keep your system tip-top or if you feel like you are coming down with something - a whole dropperful a day in water can be super useful to scare the bugs away! This five day/four night immersion will explore both the mystical and super-powered Dragon Elemental Alchemy qi gong forms alongside the soft, feminine nature of the Elemental Water forms. Combining movement, meditation and mystical exploration, we traverse our inner landscape, finding the places needing transformation, nourishment and equanimity. Providing the safety and support to navigate our inner territory with the super-powers of gentleness and compassion. We also look at Spontaneous qi gong and the transformative power of allowing qi to move in our systems unbound.

This retreat is open to beginners through to seasoned practitioners - some knowledge of the Elemental Alchemy qi gong system is a bonus.

Elemental Alchemy is a way to open to a deeper and richer connection to the life force within the human system and within nature. In particular to listen and be aware of the subtle power of your health and become aware of movements of qi within your body and mind. Learn to heal yourself and others with this profound training system.

This retreat will be at the beautiful AIO WIRA Retreat Centre in the Waitakere Ranges, West of Auckland. New Zealand. Deep in the forest this centre has a pure, magical quality, with a beautiful stream for dips, a dedicated meditation temple and a sauna and spa. It is within a short 10min drive to the beautiful Bethells beach. The rooms are simply appointed with a few single rooms (while stocks last) and twin shares.

Our retreat will be catered by the wonderous: and will include delicious vegetarian kai. AIO WIRA is a vegetarian only, and drug and alchohol free venue..
