Bardo is an organic, all-natural aromatic body oil.

   Bardo is a blend of Vetiver roots, creamy Sandalwood, aged dark Patchouli, spicy Black Pepper, smooth Vanilla Bourbon and a heart opening trio of rose, infused into a nourishing, yet fast-absorbing blend of pressed plant oils. A deeply grounding, anchoring blend of the earth. 

THE BARDO CEREMONY 

Pour Bardo into the palm of your hand. Bring both palms together and place cupped hands over the nose, pausing here for a moment.  Become aware of the natural flow of breath and aroma of Bardo.

From this place of awareness, inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. Allow the exhale to flow out again through the nose, softly and effortlessly. 

Apply Bardo to any area of the body that calls. Massage using intuitive touch, while remaining attentive by bringing your focus from the breath to the physical sensation of your own healing hands.

Slow movements using the full expanse of your hand is deeply restorative, while faster, lighter movements using fingertips are more awakening. As you massage with Bardo, breathe slowly, breathe deeply.

I for one know what it is like to be thrown out of a garden, we all have, not by choice but by force, born into displacement or thrown out of our natural way of being into a barren land. A place of disconnection and abandonment.

Cacao enhances our receptivity to the magic held within ourselves. She is a soft yet powerful plant-teacher, helping us open our hearts, which aids us to approach life through a lens of compassion and joy. The best way to know what cacao can offer you is to experience it yourself. She supports us wherever we are in life, however we are feeling, and is a safe experience for all.

THE THEA CEREMONY

Scoop a small amount of Thea onto the back on your hand, allowing the balm to warm and soften upon touch to the skin.

Using fingertips, massage over the lips and the surrounding lip lines. Your hands will intuitively know what kind of touch and pace to massage with, and where to spend extra time and attention.

We will pamper you with healing treatments, daily freshly cut coconuts, and an abundance of local organic produce, as part of a deeply nourishing wellness program.

Lion’s Gate is a powerful time to gather and put into place plans for what you want to create for the year ahead - on this sacred island (with sacred ancient stone mounds) we will dive into what you want to create opening your vision to co-create with the universe the version of life that is yours!!

8-8 Lions Gate is when the brightest star Sirius is aligned with the Sun in Leo, Orion’s Belt and the Earth ~ creating one of the most magnetic portals for creativity and manifestation. It can be felt from 27th July - 8th August. We will be working with Willa’s magical Visioning processes on this truly magical slice of paradise, which is a magical portal in itself. PLUS - the enchanting and incredible opportunity to swim with the humpback whales - is none-other than otherworldly. Whales have powers. For a whale, the field of perception is almost the entire ocean, they can pick up other calls from thousands of miles away and thieir voices carry just as far. There is a known phenomenon where humans spontaneously break down in tears of joy when hearing whale calls. The reason for this is unknown. (But I have experienced this first hand many times - including personally!) When whales call, they bathe 70% of the Earth in high frequency vibrations that are known to heal and benefit all biological lifeforms. These creatures play a very specific role in Earths consciousness. On this journey we immerse int he waters with these marvelous creatures - tuning in to their medicine for us.
